The Clinton Program site is located on Highway 65, approximately 75 miles south of Branson, Missouri and 75 miles north of Little Rock, Arkansas. The program site is located in a small town with a big heart. Close proximity to Greers Ferry Lake provides opportunities for Clinton members to participate in recreational activities and community events. The local city park provides a beautiful setting for outings, exercise and socializing.
The Clinton site consists of a ten-bed group home in a rural setting. In addition, an apartment complex directly across the street provides additional housing for members who are able to transition into more independent settings. The Program Center [where psychosocial day treatment is held] is located approximately three blocks from the group home. The program focus is on recovery, and Clinton boasts many success stories attributable to its members’ achievements.
In addition to the therapeutic rehabilitative mental health services provided at this program location, the Clinton site also offers members many opportunities to participate in community events, outings, and trips. Members have visited Eureka Springs, camped out in rented cabins, gone to Nashville to see the Grand Ole Opry and have taken many day trips to visit Mountain View and the Buffalo River. Clinton members are active in the local community and are currently making plans to open a shaved ice stand in the summer.
