Evergreen is a 16 bed, Level 1, secure branch which provides a safe and highly supervised setting to facilitate a reduction in psychiatric symptoms. The facility is a spacious and comfortable setting located in the city of Greenbrier where members receive the greatest care when it’s needed most. At Evergreen, there is an increased staff-to-member ratio, and the staff are trained to provide:

• enhanced support for members experiencing increased symptoms or deficits in functioning.
• crisis stabilization and prevention of hospitalization.
• specialized staffing and treatment planning.

The extra support provided at Evergreen enables members in crisis to experience stabilization, return to baseline functioning, and return to their home environment.
